近日,中国汽车制造商奇瑞与西班牙埃布罗电动汽车公司(Ebro-EV Motors)签署协议,双方将在西班牙巴塞罗那成立一家新的合资公司,共同生产新型电动汽车,项目总投资达4亿欧元。

根据多家媒体消息,奇瑞是海外建厂最多的中国车企,在马来西亚、墨西哥、巴西、阿根廷、委内瑞拉、俄罗斯、伊朗与埃及等均有KD工厂。

Baker McKenzie on Chery’s €400 mln JV investment in Spain
Chinese automotive company Chery has recently signed an agreement with Spain's Ebro-EV Motors to establish a new joint venture in Barcelona for the assembly, sales and distribution of vehicles in Spain, with a total investment of €400 million.
Baker McKenzie advised Chery in the deal.
The partnership will involve the joint development of green energy products, which will be manufactured and sold under the Spanish national brand Ebro, which ceased sales in 1987.
According to multiple media reports, Chery is the Chinese automaker with the most overseas plants, having KD factories in Malaysia, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Russia, Iran, and Egypt.
The Baker McKenzie team was led by Stanley Jia, a Beijing-based partner, with assistance from partner Cristina Rios from the Barcelona office.
