近日，恒大物业集团有限公司（“恒大物业”）在香港联交所成功上市，共募集资金约18.4亿美元。金杜律师事务所、盛德律师事务所为恒大物业提供法律意见；通商律师事务所、富而德律师事务所则担任联席承销商律师。

恒大物业是中国最大、增长最快的综合物业管理服务运营商之一。在中国物业服务百强企业中，以项目所覆盖城市数目计，恒大物业该企业排名第二；分别以总收入、总毛利及总净利润计，恒大物业该企业排名第三。恒大物业管理的物业组合多元化（包括中高端住宅物业、写字楼及商用物业），并管理其他物业类型（如主题乐园、产业园、康养项目、特色小镇及学校）。

金杜团队牵头合伙人为王立新、孙昊天；盛德团队由盛德全球管理委员会及执行委员会委员、亚太区管理合伙人蔡学雯、合伙人李洁怡及刘心怡牵头领导。

富而德团队由合伙人兼中国区主席高育贤，合伙人兼中国区资本市场业务主管王昶舜和合伙人赖志诚牵头领导。

Sidley Austin and Freshfields led on Evergrande Property’s HKEx IPO

Evergrande Property Services Group Limited has successfully launched its IPO in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising a total fund of $1.86 billion. Sidley Austin and King & Wood Mallesons advised Evergrande Property Services, while Commerce & Finance and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised the underwriters.

Evergrande Property Services is one of the largest and fastest-growing comprehensive property management service providers in China. Among the country’s top 100 property management companies, it ranks second in terms of the number of cities covered by its projects, and third in terms of total revenue, total gross profits and total net profits. It manages a diverse portfolio of properties, including mid-to-high-end residential properties, office buildings and commercial properties, and others including theme parks, industrial parks, healthcare complexes, themed towns and schools.

The KWM team was led by partners Wang Lixin and Sun Haotian. The Sidley Austin team was led by Constance Choy, a member of Sidley’s Management Committee and Executive Committee, the managing partner for the Asia Pacific region and the senior partner in the Hong Kong office, partner Carrie Li and partner Sherlyn Lau.

The Freshfields team was led by partner and China chairman Teresa Ko, partner and head of China ECM Richard Wang and partner Calvin Lai.
