WSJ报导，AppNexus预计将筹集约1亿美元，且考虑将公司估值定在逾10亿美元。
WSJ称消息人士指出，阿里巴巴计划通过投资AppNexus提升广告业务的竞争力，而AppNexus则想扩大美国以外的业务范围。
