华商律师事务所近日接连扩展了联营所布局：12月中旬，华商林李黎联营律师事务所正式设立广州分所；近日，华商又与香港萧一峰律师行合作设立了华商萧一峰（海口）联营律师事务所。

根据华商的新闻稿，2014年，华商成立了首家内地和香港联营律师事务所，该联营所设立在深圳前海自贸区，开创了跨境自贸区法律服务新模式，此次开设的正是这一联营所的广州分所，这也是粤港联营所在国内开设分所的首例。广州分所的负责人为王立峰律师，分所将以涉外业务为主，进一步实现内地和港澳跨区域和跨法域合作。

于此同时，新设立的华商萧一峰（海口）联营律师事务所是自今年10月底《海南经济特区律师条例》实施后的第一家琼港联营律师事务所，其未来将服务于自贸区自由港，为客户提供跨境投资、跨境金融、跨境知识产权、跨境执业、跨境诉讼等法律服务。

目前华商在中国内地有12家分支机构，在中国香港、澳门、澳大利亚、意大利等地也设有分所或联营所。

China Commercial expands JO in Guangzhou and Hainan

Shenzhen-headquartered China Commercial Law Firm has had successive new moves in opening joint venture firms recently: its joint venture with Lam Lee Lai in Shenzhen has opened a new branch in Guangzhou, and it has teamed up with Hong Kong firm Anthony Siu & Co. to form a new joint venture in Hainan Province, which is the first since the setting up of pilot Free Trade Zone in the province and the issuing of its new lawyer regulation.

China Commercial teamed up with Lam Lee Lai in 2014 and the Guangzhou office is also the first for a joint venture firm to open branch in mainland China. The new office is led by partner Wang Lifeng. Meanwhile, the new JO in Hainan specializes in cross border investment, financial service, intellectual property and litigation.

China Commercial now has 12 offices in mainland China. It also has overseas branches or JOs in Hong Kong, Macau, Australia and Italy.
