国浩律师事务所近日与西班牙ECIJA律师事务所签署了战略合作协议,未来两家律所将在法律业务合作、青年人才培养、市场业务拓展等领域展开合作。
根据国浩的一份新闻稿,ECIJA律师事务所成立于1997年,拥有约450名执业律师,除西班牙外,在智利、哥斯达黎加、洪都拉斯、尼加拉瓜、多米尼加、危地马拉、萨尔瓦多、巴拿马等中美洲及拉丁美洲国家设有办公室,其在TMT、信息科技、知识产权、数据保护领域尤为专精。
国浩于2013年正式设立了马德里办公室,是第一家布局西班牙的中国律所,现拥有约50名西班牙注册律师。国浩首席执行合伙人吕红兵说:随着中国“一带一路”在欧洲的基础设施建设项目、中欧班列项目、西班牙瓦伦西亚和毕尔巴鄂港口扩建项目等不断推进,必将助推中西贸易额持续增长。ECIJA管理合伙人Alejandro Touriño则表示,未来两所将共同打造跨越欧亚和拉美的全球法律服务体系。
Grandall enters into alliance with Spanish firm, eyes opportunities in Latin America
Grandall Law Firm, the first PRC law firm to enter into the Spanish market, has inked a new alliance agreement with local law firm ECIJA.
The alliance agreement will see the two firms cooperate on referral work, the training of lawyers and business development. It will be able to provide legal services across Asia, Europe and Latin America, ECIJA managing partner Alejandro Touriño said in a statement.
The alliance will also give Grandall the opportunity to work on more Sino-Spanish infrastructure projects, the Chinese firm’s managing partner, Lv Hongbing, added.
Founded in 1997, ECIJA now has more than 450 lawyers working in its offices in Spain, as well as countries in Central and Latin America like Chile, Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, Dominica, Guatemala, Salvador and Panama. It focuses primarily on TMT, information technology, IP and data protection.
Grandall currently has a headcount of 50 lawyers in its Madrid office.
