总部设立于北京的精品律所柯杰律师事务所近日正式开设香港办公室，这是柯杰继北京、上海、深圳后的第四个办公室，其也成为继德恒律师事务所后，第34家进驻香港的内地律师事务所。

根据柯杰的新闻稿，其香港办公室的主要业务领域为证券发行和资本市场、兼并和收购、私募融资和投资、投资基金以及家族财富管理。

未来香港办公室将由柯杰北京管理合伙人何杰律师领导，何律师曾参与众多境内外并购、合资公司设立、私募融资和投资/基金设立、证券发行和资本市场交易，熟悉包括房地产、互联网、高新技术、航空、教育等在内众多行业。

“香港办公室的设立是柯杰服务粤港澳大湾区发展规划，以及支持‘一带一路’倡议的重要战略举措。”柯杰在新闻稿中表示。

Kejie the latest PRC firm to make debut in Hong Kong

Beijing-based boutique law firm Cathay Associates Kejie has launched a new office in Hong Kong, which is the firm’s fourth branch after Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Kejie becomes the thirty-fourth PRC firm to make its debut in the Hong Kong market, right after DeHeng Law Offices.

According to Kejie, the new office will focus on securities issuance and capital markets, M&A, private equity investment and financing, investment fund as well as wealth management.

The new office will be led by the firm’s current Beijing managing partner He Jie, who has rich experiences advising on cross-border and domestic M&A, setting up of joint ventures, private equity financing and investment funds, securities issuance and capital markets. He’s familiar with many industries including real estate, internet, high technology, aviation and education.

“The launch of the Hong Kong office is an important strategic move for Kejie to better serve the Greater Bay Area and to support the Belt & Road Initiative,” the firm stated in its press release.
