英国知识产权服务机构罗思近日开设了深圳办公室，这也是罗思在中国开设的第五家办公室。

罗思1990年成立于英国伦敦，1993年就进入中国，也是最早进入中国市场，并在中国本土提供知识产权服务的国际知识产权机构。罗思重点关注新兴市场，为客户提供从专利、商标保护，到管理，再到防伪的全生命周期服务。

根据罗思的一份新闻稿，未来其深圳办公室将为中国的创新企业提供一系列创新支持及咨询服务，也会服务于希望融入当地市场及研发环境的外国公司。

罗思国际首席执行官Luke Minford说：“深圳与世界上任何城市都不同。它为技术公司提供了位于亚洲核心地带的办公地点，在制造、物流、设计和研发方面具有独特优势。随着中央及地方政府宣布创新将成为这里的长久战略，显而易见，领先的中国知识产权公司都将汇聚于此。”

Rouse ventures further into the Greater Bay Area with new Shenzhen office

UK-headquartered IP services firm Rouse has opened a new office in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, the firm’s fifth office in China and the thirteenth in the Asia-Pacific region.

Founded in 1990, Rouse ventured into China in 1993, being the very first foreign IP firm providing local services. Rouse has been focusing on emerging markets, providing a full range of IP services, from patent and trade mark protection and management to anti-counterfeiting.

According to Rouse, the Shenzhen office will offer a range of innovation support and consultancy services aimed at innovative Chinese companies looking to expand regionally as well as foreign IP owners seeking to gain access to the local market and R&D ecosystems.

“Shenzhen is unlike any city in the world. With the central and local governments announcing ambitious plans to support this innovation strategy long-term, it seems a no-brainer for the leading IP firm in China to be here,” Luke Minford, Rouse’s chief executive, said in a statement.
