Following on from the Intellectual Property, Arbitration and Corporate M&A Rankings, ALB continues to offer a revamped methodology for upcoming rankings in 2012.
The “Client Choice Top 50 Lawyers” will be published in our September issue. In-house counsel and clients will be asked to nominate their preferred lawyers across practice areas, resulting in profiles of the top fifty lawyers across Asia.
The “Top 50 Largest Law Firms” will be published in our October issue. The submission deadline will be announced soon, but will most likely fall in the third week of August. Research interviews will take place from the last week of August till early September.
The “PE/VC Rankings” will be published in our November issue. The submission deadline will again be announced at a later date, but will most likely fall in mid September. Research interviews will take place from then till early October.
The rankings continue to be researched by a new team of legal journalists who have relevant previous experience at other respected industry publications. Candice Mak was previously the Asia editor of the IFLR 1000 and the former editor of China Law & Practice. Seher Hussain was previously the deputy editor for the Chambers & Partners Asia Pacific Guide, and Kanishk Verghese was a former reporter/researcher for Euromoney’s World Tax and Managing Intellectual Property's IP Handbook.
