The ranking aims to showcase 15 ambitious, up-and-coming young lawyers across China who have appeared on the radar for showing their potential and demonstrating that they have what it takes to become future stars, based on their achievements, recognition from their firms, client reviews, awards and external activities.
Despite intense competition, all the winners have exhibited strong performances in their practice areas and some, remarkable leadership skills in serving as heads of practice or even managing partners.
