Beijing-headquartered AnJie Law Firm has opened an office in Shenzhen, its third in China.
Led by Catherine Guo, the new office will have 20 fee-earners, including three partners. It will focus on the following practice areas: private equity, investment funds, insurance and reinsurance, dispute resolution, real estate, labour law and antitrust/competition.
“The launch of the Shenzhen office continues AnJie’s strategy to develop into a national law firm,” said the firm in a statement. “[It] is now capable of providing client services from all three key legal service hubs in China, namely, Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.”
