Beijing-headquartered Zhongwen Law Firm has opened a new office in Takapuna, New Zealand, and became the first Chinese law firm establishing presence in the sovereign island country.

The Takapuna office aims to serve Chinese clients in Australia and New Zealand and vice versa on investments, mobility and cross-border issues.

Partner Zhang Yang is the chief representative of the New Zealand office.

中闻新西兰办公室正式启动

中闻律师事务所新西兰办公室设立在奥克兰市塔卡普纳，也因此成为第一家登陆新西兰的中国律所。

该中闻新西兰办公室将为新西兰、澳大利亚和中国政府、企业、公民之间的投资经贸合作、交流等民商事活动提供法律服务。

合伙人张扬律师担任中闻新西兰办公室首席代表。
