Broad & Bright bolstered its corporate practice by hiring senior counsel Jiang Ren from King & Wood’s Beijing office. Jiang’s practice comprises foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure and energy projects, and trade and commercial contracts.
In a professional legal career spanning nearly two decades, Jiang has worked at Clifford Chance, Simmons & Simmons, Jones Day, Dewey & LeBoeuf and King & Wood.
From 1982 to 1991, Jiang was a legal officer in the present-day Ministry of Commerce (then known as the Department of Law and Treaties in the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Economic Cooperation and Trade).
Admitted to the National Bar of China, Jiang is fluent in English and Chinese and holds two master of law degrees. ALB
