With 2015 winding down to a close, and 2016 beckoning, this is an ideal time to gauge the mood of the general counsel that form such an invaluable part of ALB’s readership, and also find out about the challenges they are facing.

With this in mind, we are carrying out the ALB China 2015 General Counsel Survey (exclusively sponsored by Global Law Office), a comprehensive survey of China-based general counsel, which examines how 2016 looks for them in terms of need for legal services, and how external counsel can adapt to meet their needs.
