Shanghai-headquartered Hui Ye Law Firm has opened two new offices in the city of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province and Changsha in Hunan. The firm now has 17 offices in total.

As part of the process of establishing a presence in Hangzhou, Hui Ye has acquired local boutique Zhejiang JunQin Law Firm. The combined Hangzhou office will focus on digital commerce, fintech, international trade and dispute resolution. The Hangzhou office now has four partners in total and is led by partner Gang Chen.

The Hangzhou office is part of Hui Ye’s plan to open seven offices in the Yangtze River Delta area. The firm currently has offices in Shanghai, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Nanjing and Hefei and it is also planning offices in Suzhou and Wuxi.

Meanwhile, the Changsha office will also focus on compliance management, intellectual property, labor and human resources, investment and fund-raising, and M&A. The Changsha office has five partners in total and is led by partner Gang Wang.

In southern China, the firm also has offices in Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.  

汇业律师事务设立杭州、长沙办公室

长沙办公室的设立，将完成汇业在整个中南、华南、西南地区主要经济中心城市的覆盖，该地区另外五家办公室分别在成都、重庆、武汉、广州、深圳。
