Beijing-headquartered Yingke Law Firm has entered into an exclusive strategic alliance with London-based firm Memery Crystal.
Memery Crystal focuses on M&A, corporate finance advisory, real estate, IPOs and litigation, representing a wide variety of businesses, including owner-managed companies, individual entrepreneurs, SMEs, institutions and multinational corporations.
In ALB’s recently published “Asia’s Top 50 Largest Law Firms” report, Yingke placed as the second biggest domestic law firm by headcount in China. Earlier in June, Yingke established an office in Greece, With the alliance with Memery Crystal, the Chinese firm now has an overseas presence in 30 cities.
The partnership is expected to help Memery Crystal’s UK and global clients tap into the China market, while Yingke’s Chinese and overseas clients will have increased access to investment opportunities in and beyond the UK.
