Litigation and dispute resolution law firm Gall has bolstered its HK offering with the appointments of dispute resolution partner Michael Withington, employment partner Jennifer Van Dale and registered foreign lawyer Caroline McNally.

Previously a senior consultant at Herbert Smith Freehills, Withington specialises in commercial litigation matters, including employment and shareholder disputes.

Van Dale joins from Baker & McKenzie, where she headed the firm’s Hong Kong employment group.

McNally, who joins from Farrer & Co in London with more than 15 years of experience in family law, heads Gall’s new matrimonial practice.

The arrival of Withington, Van Dale and McNally takes Gall’s headcount to 17 lawyers in Hong Kong.
