Shearman & Sterling has relocated M&A and private equity partner Sidharth Bhasin from Hong Kong to Singapore as it looks to strengthen those practices in Southeast Asia.

Bhasin’s practice focuses on private equity investments and exits, public and private mergers and acquisitions (including take-private transactions), joint ventures, restructurings and workouts, and capital market transactions.

Bhasin also helps lead the firm’s India practice, represents Indian companies on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financings and restructurings.
