[SH] This is an outstanding opportunity for a PRC qualified lawyer in corporate law to work in a tight knit team. You will work closely with the partners and associates of the firm and will lead a team of lawyers.  Minimum 6 years of experience gained and from international law firms will be an advantage. Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin is required for this role.
