Your new role
As a Legal Counsel, your main duties is to be a legal advisor to my client's group of companies - some areas of work includes reviewing contracts (Saas, commercial etc.), data protection, intellectual property and assisting in corporate secretarial matters. You will also ensure legal and regulatory compliance for business activities. 

What you'll need to succeed
With at least 12 years of relevant experience gained from inhouse or private practice, you should also be called to the Singapore Bar. As this is a role with great autonomy, you should be meticulous with your work, be able to work independently and have good stakeholder management.
