君合律师事务所近日迎来并购专家韩桢律师（左）加盟，同时还迎来资本市场律师蔺志军以合伙人身份加盟。两位律师将驻君合北京办公室执业。

韩律师此前执业于孖士打律师事务所。她在并购、重组、合资合作、监管咨询和法律科技等方面具有丰富经验，曾代表国有企业、民营企业、跨国公司和私募基金等众多国内外客户处理并购、重组、合资合作和监管咨询等事务，专注于科技、金融及自然资源行业。

蔺律师此前曾在金杜律师事务所担任合伙人。他主要从事私募股权/创业投资、资本市场以及公司并购领域的法律业务，曾代表多家客户参与或完成美股或港股私有化，并成功协助多家境内企业完成拆红筹及A股上市项目。

这是君合今年7月上旬的两起重要引入。

JunHe adds M&A and capital markets experts in Beijing

JunHe has hired M&A expert Han Zhen (L) in its Beijing office, which also welcomes the joining of Lin Zhijun, a capital markets lawyer, as a partner.

Prior to JunHe, Han practiced at Mayer Brown. She has extensive experience in M&A, restructuring, venture capital, regulation, and legal technology, having advised a number of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, multi-national companies, and private equities in deals and projects involving the areas mentioned above. Han is particularly familiar with technology, finance, and natural resources.

Lin, a former partner at King & Wood Mallesons, focuses on private equity/venture capital, capital markets, and M&A. He has represented a number of clients in privatization of companies listed in U.S. and Hong Kong, and has assisted many Chinese companies in restructuring their red-chip structures and completing A-share IPOs.

These are JunHe’s two major hires at the beginning of July.
