乐博律师事务所近日迎来公司业务专家尹骁尧律师以亚洲并购及技术交易主管的身份加盟，未来尹律师将同时在香港及北京办公室展开执业。加入乐博前，尹律师是美国科律律师事务所北京办公室的公司业务负责人。

尹律师擅长跨境交易、并购、私募股权和风险资本投资以及其他公司事务。

这是乐博今年引入的第一位合伙人级别律师。伴随尹律师的加入，乐博在大中华区的合伙人人数达到了17人。

Loeb & Loeb adds corporate expert in Greater China

Loeb & Loeb has hired corporate expert Henry Yin as chair of its Asia M&A and technology transactions practice, Yin will be working from the firm’s Hong Kong and Beijing offices. Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Yin worked as corporate head in Cooley’s Beijing office.

Yin specializes in cross border transactions, complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and other corporate matters. 

This is the first partner-level hire made by the firm this year. And the hire of Yin will take Loeb & Loeb’s partner headcount in Greater China to 17.
