一直以来，争议解决业务都是律所众多业务领域中重要的一部分，当前形势下，法律服务行业尤其是争议解决领域也迎来新的发展局面。

我们荣幸地通知，2024 ALB China 争议解决业务排名已启动申报，ALB期待通过此排名呈现市场上实力强劲的争议解决律师事务所及其业务。

排名基于以下标准进行：

1）律所开展争议解决工作的数量、复杂性和规模；

2）争议解决业务历年的重要成就、过去12个月完成的诉讼/仲裁；

3）律所争议解决业务的人员数量、市场规模、业务体量等；

4）主要人员聘用和执业团队的成长；

5）主要客户和赢得的新客户。

最终的争议解决排名将会分为两个部分：“诉讼”和“仲裁”。排名将会被分成各个等级，第一级代表这个司法辖区内的最强的争议解决律所。

评选结果将发布在《亚洲法律杂志》中国版2024年6月刊上。

Litigation has perhaps always been one of the fundamental practices for the legal profession. Under the current situation, the legal service industry, especially in the field of dispute resolution, has also ushered in a new development trend.

We are very glad to announce 2024 ALB China Dispute Resolution Rankings has been opened for submission, we look forward to receiving your firm’s submission form.

Our rankings are based on the following metrics: The volume, complexity and size of work undertaken; Significant achievements over the years, major litigation/arbitration completed in the past 12 months; Number of personnel, market scale, business volume; Key personnel hires and growth of the practice group; Key clients and new client wins.

The Dispute Resolution rankings will be separated into two tables: “Litigation” and “Arbitration”. The rankings will also be divided into tiers, with the first tier identifying the strongest dispute resolution firms in this jurisdiction.

2024 ALB China Dispute Resolution Ranking will be published in our June 2024 issue.
