总部位于深圳的华商律师事务所近日新设合肥分所，这也是继今年4月开设杭州分所以来，华商在长三角地区的又一重要布局。

华商合肥由深圳总部高级合伙人任杰律师创办并担任执行主任，同样来自深圳的钟玉生律师担任主任。他们同属任律师所创办的“华商律师杰团队”，主要服务于资本市场、争议解决、经济犯罪辩护等领域。

任杰律师和华商首席合伙人高树律师一样，都是安徽大学校友。

此外，华商合肥由王允律师担任管委会副主任，团队目前还包括同样从深圳派驻的成晓红律师，以及其他5位成员。

据悉，未来华商合肥将重点在金融、不良资产、合规、破产重整、建设工程等领域提供服务。

华商合肥选址于庐阳区的安徽法律服务园。今年初，庐阳区曾推出一系列优惠或奖励政策，鼓励法律服务机构入驻该产业园。

华商表示，合肥分所是华商在长三角区域重点布局的分支机构，合肥市不仅被定为长三角城市群副中心，还是“一带一路”和长江经济带战略双节点城市，对于华商在全国法律服务网络的布局有着十分重要的战略地位，该分所未来将实现与大湾区紧密联动、协同发展。

China Commercial further completes YRD layout by setting up Hefei office

Shenzhen-headquartered China Commercial Law Firm has recently opened a new office in the city of Hefei, which serves as the provincial capital of Anhui. This is another important move made by the firm in the Yangtze River Delta region after the opening of a Hangzhou office back in April.

The Hefei office was founded by Shenzhen-based senior partner Ren Jie. Ren will serve as the executive director of the office, with Zhong Yusheng, who is also a lawyer from Shenzhen, serving as the director. They both belong to the “Excellency Team” created by Ren, and the team focuses mainly on the areas of capital markets, dispute resolution, as well as criminal defense.

Both Ren and Gao Shu, founding partner of China Commercial, are Anhui University alumni.

The Hefei office will also see the leadership of Wang Yun. It currently employs another six lawyers, including Cheng Xiaohong, who is also re-located from Shenzhen.

The office will focus on the areas of finance, non-performing assets, compliance, bankruptcy and restructuring, and construction.

Located within the Anhui legal service industrial park, the new office might be able to enjoy a series of incentives if it could surpass certain revenue threshold.

China Commercial says in a statement that the Hefei office will work closely with the firm’s GBA offices to explore new opportunities within the YRD region.
