卓纬律师事务所海口办公室正式获批执业，成为卓纬在中国境内设立的第一家分支机构。

根据卓纬的一份新闻稿，其海口办公室致力于为客户提供外商在华直接投资、外商并购中国企业、中国企业海外直接投资、中国企业海外并购、跨境资本市场与融资、跨境合规、跨境争议解决等领域的专业服务。目前，卓纬海口办公室共有四位合伙人，其中，徐广哲律师担任办公室主任。

Chance Bridge sets up first domestic branch in Haikou

The Haikou office of Chance Bridge has been approved to practice, becoming the first branch of Chance Bridge in China.

According to a press release by Chance Bridge, its Haikou office focuses on a series of cross-border legal services including FDI in and from China, M&As, capital market and finance, compliance as well as dispute resolution. Currently, the Haikou office has four partners, among which Xu Guangzhe takes the role of branch director.

Zhu Ning, the managing partner of Chance Bridge, says: “We have high hopes for Haikou office and hope that the Haikou team can inherit the first-class legal service of Chance Bridge and make contributions to the future development and regional economy of Hainan with the help of global resources and platforms as well as years of rich experience in foreign-related legal service.”
