总部位于北京的精品所卓纬律师事务所近日正式加盟Alliott Group，成为该联盟的第一家中国大陆律所成员。

Alliott Group总部设立于伦敦，是一家由世界各地会计师事务所、税务事务所及律师事务所组成的专业机构合作联盟，目前在全球70个国家或地区拥有170余家成员机构，业务范围涉及法律服务、审计、税务、会计、管理咨询等领域，成员间可共享跨境资源和业务机会。

卓纬律师事务所是一家成立于2011年的精品律所，目前拥有79位成员，其中包括23位合伙人。卓纬的主要业务领域为资本市场及商事争议解决，此外也就跨境投融资、公司业务、合规、房地产、知识产权、金融衍生品及竞争法等领域提供服务。

Boutique firm Chance Bridge becomes Alliott Group’s first PRC law firm member

Beijing-headquartered boutique firm Chance Bridge Partners has joined London-based multidisciplinary alliance Alliott Group as its first law firm member in mainland China.

Founded in 1979, Alliott Group is an international association of independent accounting, law and specialist services firms, which allows members to share cross-border resources and business opportunities. It now has 175 member firms in 70 countries/regions.

Meanwhile, founded in 2011, Chance Bridge now has a headcount of seventy-nine people, including twenty-three partners. Key areas for Chance Bridge are capital markets and commercial disputes, and it also advises on cross-border investment and financing, corporate, compliance, real estate, intellectual property, financial derivatives, and competition law.

“Alliance membership provides the optimum route to achieving deeper cooperation with overseas law and accounting firms who can provide the legal support needed by our local and international clients who are expanding into different world regions,” comments Zhu Ning, managing partner of Chance Bridge.
