近期，多家律所进一步拓展了长三角、华南及大湾区布局。

• 总部位于上海的正策律师事务所开设了南通办公室，成为该所的第六家分支机构。正策的一份新闻稿指出，南通办公室的业务主要聚焦在公司业务、争议解决、劳动人事等领域。此次南通分所的设立将进一步推进正策的全国战略布局，完善律所在江苏省内及整个长三角地区的法律服务网络。根据媒体报道，2020年南通新晋成为万亿GDP城市。作为江苏经济总量“第四城”，南通近年上半年GDP达5663亿，超过合肥，居长三角第七。

• 总部位于深圳的华商律师所事务所则正式成立了泉州办公室，成为该所的第44家分支机构。泉州办公室将由合伙人杜侨生律师任执行主任，业务主要聚焦在政府法律服务、涉外法律服务、民营企业上市、企业合规建设、知识产权保护、不良资产处置等领域。华商的一份新闻稿指出，泉州是现代化工贸港城市、国家“一带一路”倡议的21世纪海上丝绸之路先行区，此次泉州办公室的设立，是华商布局东南区域、推动全球化战略的重要举措。

• 在香港，汉坤律师事务所香港办公室则完成了与其联营所的合并，并获香港法律执业许可。目前，汉坤香港由七位合伙人律师带领，业务领域涵盖资本市场、私募股权、兼并和收购、一般公司法律及商事争议解决与合规事宜等领域。汉坤香港联营所设立于2015年初，合并后的汉坤香港将与北京、上海、深圳、海口、武汉办公室进一步紧密协作, 继续提供全方位、高水准的法律服务。

PRC law firms expand geological footprint, Han Kun becomes local firm in HK

A number of PRC law firms have recently expanded further into the Yangtze River Delta region, south China and the Greater Bay Area.

• Shanghai-headquartered Joint-Win Partners has recently opened a new office in Nantong, a city in southeastern Jiangsu, which becomes the firm’s 6th branch. Joint-Win’s Nantong office focuses on corporate legal services, dispute resolution, as well as employment legal issues. The new office will further complete its service network within Jiangsu and in the whole Yangtze River Delta region.

• Shenzhen-based China Commercial Law Firm, on the other hand, has focused on the south China market and officially established its Quanzhou office in Fujian Province, becoming the 44th branch of the firm. China Commercial’s Quanzhou office will be headed by partner Du Qiaosheng as executive director and will focus on government legal services, cross-border legal services, company listing, corporate compliance issues, intellectual property protection and disposal of non-performing assets. The establishment of the Quanzhou office is an important step in the China Commercial's strategy to promote globalization in the southeast region.

• In Hong Kong SAR, Han Kun Law Offices has established as a local firm after seven years in the market. Currently, Han Kun Hong Kong has a professional team that comprises seven partners, covering areas of capital markets, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, dispute resolution, and compliance. The merger will allow Han Kun to provide more effective, seamless legal services across Hong Kong SAR and the Chinese mainland, especially with Han Kun’s offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Haikou, and Wuhan.
