ALB欣然通知，2022 ALB China 十五佳诉讼律师评选现已开始接受提名。

一直以来，诉讼业务都是律师众多执业领域中重要的一部分，诉讼律师敏锐的案件洞察力、充满雄辩口才和机智应变的庭审风采，以及精妙的诉讼策略是律师界不可或缺的精彩看点。每一年，因得诉讼律师的富有创造性的工作，都涌现出一批批经典案件，给社会的法制进步带来了不可取代的贡献。

我们会根据律师的代表案例，客户推荐，以及市场的反馈做出研究和评选，在2022年2月的中国版杂志上刊登出15名中国出色的诉讼律师。

每一个律师事务所最多可提名2位律师，请内部沟通一致并使用一名联系人提交申请。要求被提名律师1)具有中华人民共和国执业资格；且 2)在2020年12月1日至2021年11月30日，曾在中国大陆开庭的诉讼案件中，或代表中国客户在境外诉讼案件中，有出色表现。

ALB is glad to announce that submissions for 2022 ALB China Top 15 Litigators are open now.

Litigation has perhaps always been one of the fundamental practices for the legal profession. Contentious yet attractive, every battle on court features thorough investigation, in-depth research, logical analysis, persuasive eloquence, and quick wits from lawyers of both sides. More importantly, while seeking victory for clients, litigators in China are also playing their part in promoting the rule of law in this country and pursuing social justice.

In its February 2022 issue, ALB is spotlighting the Top 15 litigators in China. We would come out with 15 best litigators based on their high profile cases, clients’ recommendations, and feedback from the market.

One firm can nominate at most TWO lawyers who: 1) admitted in PRC; and 2) had outstanding achievement in litigation case(s) EITHER taking place in Mainland China OR representing a Chinese client overseas, from 1 Dec 2020 to 30 Nov 2021.
