汉坤律师事务所近日正式设立纽约办公室，成为该所继今年4月落子新加坡后的第二家国际分所。

据悉，该办公室是与美国当地律师合作，以纽约有限责任合伙“Han Kun LLP”形式设立。合伙人蒋尚仁律师将常驻纽约办公室，重回汉坤前，他曾在美国 Holland & Knight 律师事务所工作。

汉坤在一份新闻稿中表示，纽约分所的设立是其推进国际化进程的一项重要战略举措，旨在进一步增强该所在服务客户境外业务方面的能力。

Han Kun launches in New York

Beijing-headquartered Han Kun Law Offices has recently launched a new office in New York. This is the firm's second international branch following the establishment of the Singapore office in April.

The new office, named Han Kun NY, has been created as a limited liability partnership in New York. Partner Mike Chiang, who has previously worked at Holland & Knight before returning to Han Kun, will be based in the new office.

In a press release, the firm stated that the establishment of the New York office is an important step in its internationalization process. It aims to enhance the firm's ability to serve its clients' offshore business.
