浩天信和律师事务所近日正式开设海口分所，这是其在全国设立的第20家分支机构。

根据浩天信和的一份新闻稿，海口分所未来将与该所广州、深圳、香港办公室联动，共筑华南地区和粤港澳大湾区的综合法律服务平台。

浩天信和告诉ALB，在业务领域层面，海口分所将围绕海南自贸岛建设，前期聚焦于基础设施建设，后期则聚焦于对外贸易、加工转口贸易、外商投资、能源金融证券市场等领域的法律服务。

新分所初期人员规模为50人，由吴昊律师担任分所主任，其主要业务领域为民商事诉讼，曾为包括中国华融资产管理公司、中国信达资产管理公司、中国诚信国际信用评级有限公司在内多家金融机构代理诉讼事务。

浩天信和也成为了过去2个月中，继泰和泰律师事务所和君泽君律师事务所后，第三家进驻海南法律服务市场的综合性律所。

Hylands becomes the latest firm to set up shop in Hainan

Hylands Law Firm has launched a new office in Haikou, capital of Hainan province, which is the firm’s twentieth branch in China. It also becomes the third law firm, right after Tahota Law Firm and JunZeJun Law Firm, to venture into the Hainan legal market in less than two months.

Hylands tells ALB that the new office aims to take opportunities in the building of a new free trade port in Hainan and will focus on related practice areas of infrastructure, international trade, foreign investment as well as energy finance bonds.

The new office now has a headcount of fifty people and is led by director Wu Hao. Wu is a dispute resolution expert and has advised financial institutions.

Haikou office will cooperate with the firm’s offices in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hong Kong to better serve clients of South China and of Greater Bay Area, Hylands states in one press release.
