11月1日，中国首个证券仲裁中心——中国（深圳）证券仲裁中心，在深圳落地。该中心由深圳国际仲裁院和深圳证券交易所共同创设，也是全球第一个由国际仲裁机构与证券交易所共建的证券仲裁平台。

据环球时报报道，伴随注册制资本市场改革持续推进，上市公司的数量和规模不断增长，迫切需要完善丰富纠纷解决的机制和方式。2020年深圳国际仲裁院受理的7000余件仲裁案件中，金融和资本市场类案件占比一半以上，争议金额也占总额一半以上。新中心正是在此背景下诞生。

未来深圳国际仲裁院与深交所将推动建立完备的证券仲裁规则体系、建设一流的证券仲裁专家队伍，并推进机制衔接。今后全球资本市场的参与主体发生相关纠纷，都可以选择在该中心仲裁。

这是深圳在落实先行示范区综合改革试点方面的又一举措。

Shenzhen sets up securities arbitration centre, first of its kind in China

China's first securities arbitration centre was launched early this month in Shenzhen. The new centre is a joint initiative between the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

According to Global Times, the new arbitration centre is intended to explore the Chinese model of handling capital markets disputes. Last year, the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration accepted 7,453 arbitration cases. Cases on financial and capital markets deals hit 4,126, accounting for 55.36 percent of all the cases accepted over last year. 

The court will join hands with the Shenzhen stock market to put in place an adequate set of securities arbitration rules and a top-rated team of experts. Players in global capital markets will be able to opt for the new centre for arbitration if any dispute arises.

The first-of-its-kind platform is the outcome of the first batch of authorized pilot initiatives unveiled in 2020 for Shenzhen to build a pilot area for socialism with Chinese characteristics.
