澄明则正律师事务所近日迎来王绍凯律师以合伙人身份加盟，加盟前，王律师曾任职于美国威尔逊律师事务所。

王律师曾参与过的重要交易包括：美团融资、⽃⻥融资、DJI融资、⼝碑融资、博纳影业私有化、奇⻁360私有化、爱康国宾私有化、华平投资集团收购DKSH在华健康医疗业务，以及Kingfisher出售百安居等。
王律师加盟后，澄明则正目前拥有5名合伙人。
CM Law nabs investment and finance expert from Wilson in Shanghai
CM Law Firm has hired Wang Shaokai as partner in Shanghai from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he was an associate.
Wang specializes on domestic and overseas investment and finance, M&A, investment fund, and capital markets, having advised extensively on related transactions in the sharing economy, local services, gaming, medical, and education sectors. Having worked for a private equity investment firm himself, Wang is also good at providing legal as well as business solutions to PE firms and strategic investors.
Key transactions Wang has participated include the fundraising projects of Meituan, live streaming website DouYu, DJI and local service company Koubei, as well as take-private deals of Bona Film, 360, iKang Healthcare, Warburg Pincus’ acquisition of DKSH's healthcare business in China, and Kingfisher’s sell of B&Q China.
With the arrival of Wang, CM Law now has 5 partners.
