近日，上海瀛泰律师事务所与吉林功承律师事务所宣布合并，成立上海功承瀛泰律师事务所。

据悉，功承瀛泰将由陈柚牧律师担任主任，目前拥有权益合伙人、合伙人、高级顾问、律师、律师助理、业务秘书、运营支持人员约400余人。

功承瀛泰在一份新闻稿中表示，未来，该所将会紧跟国家战略，充分发挥在国内和国际的资源，不断吸引通晓行业、专业优秀的律师，在可持续发展、社会责任及合规治理等方面为社会、客户和员工创造全新的价值，为中国共建“一带一路”发展大局贡献法治力量。

Wintell & Co joins hands with Gongcheng

Wintell & Co and Gongcheng Law Firm have recently merged to establish a new law firm, retaining the same English name as Wintell & Co.

According to Wintell & Co, the firm will be led by director Mervyn Chen and now has almost 400 employees.

The newly established firm addressed in a press release that it will closely follow the national strategy, fully utilize its domestic and international resources, and continue to attract lawyers with industry knowledge and professional excellence, to create new values for society, clients, and employees in the areas of sustainable development, social responsibility and compliance governance, and to contribute to the development of the Belt and Road.
