近日，总部位于重庆的百君律师事务所正式于昆明设立办公室，成为该所在国内的第六家分支机构。

据悉，百君昆明办公室将由孙洁健律师担任主任，目前拥有执业律师二十余人。新设立分所的业务领域主要涉及刑事辩护、行政诉讼、企业法律顾问、民商事争议解决、婚姻家庭案件、公司财税、金融与清算破产、房地产与建设工程、劳动纠纷、交通事故赔偿等方面。

百君在一份新闻稿中表示，昆明分所的设立，是实现其全面布局西南的关键一步，也是该所走向全国，响应中央“一带一路”倡议，开拓东南亚和南亚市场的重要战略举措。

Baijus launches in Kunming

Chongqing-headquartered Baijus Law Firm has recently launched a new office in Kunming, Yunnan Province, which becomes the firm’s sixth branch domestically.

The new office will be led by director Sun Jiejian, and now has more than 20 legal professionals. Kunming office focuses on criminal defense, administrative litigation, corporate legal counsel, civil and commercial dispute resolution, matrimonial and family cases, corporate finance and taxation, finance and bankruptcy, real estate and construction, labor disputes, traffic accident compensation, etc.

Baijus addressed in a press release that the establishment of the Kunming office is a key step to realize its comprehensive layout in Southwest China and is also an important strategic initiative for the firm to go nationwide, respond to the central government's Belt and Road Initiative, and develop the market in Southeast and South Asia.
