总部位于上海的锦天城律师事务所近日正式开设昆明办公室，成为该所在国内的第25家分所。
根据律师信息公示平台，昆明办公室将由曾任云南微行律师事务所创始合伙人的金曦律师领导，他长期从事行政法（建设行政领域）、房地产法、土地法、公司法、合伙企业法、证券投资相关领业务，擅长经济合同、金融、贸易及投资等法律业务，并精通工程建设、飞行人员劳动法律关系等业务领域。
同时加入昆明办公室的还有两位原微行所律师吕云、张会芳。
云南地处中国与东南亚、南亚三大区域的结合地带，是中国通往东南亚、南亚的窗口和门户。
锦天城在一份新闻稿中表示，昆明分所的设立也是其布局西南和“一带一路”沿线重要城市的重大举措。
未来该办公室将抓住RCEP中国-东盟国际贸易合作政策、国际泛亚铁路建成通车、中国（云南）自由贸易试验区、云南“3815”高质量跨越式发展战略等机遇，为锦天城国际品牌和涉外业务增效赋能。
AllBright opens in Kunming
Shanghai-headquartered AllBright Law Offices has recently launched a new office in Kunming, Yunnan Province, which becomes the 25th office of the firm domestically.
According to the National Lawyer Information System, the new office will be led by ex-Yunnan Weixing Law Firm's founding partner Jin Xi, who focuses on the areas of administration law, real estate and construction, corporate law, securities and investment, and labour law.
Ex-Weixing lawyers Lv Yun and Zhang Huifang also joined the newly-launched office.
Yunnan, located in Southwest China, is the gateway for China to Southeast and South Asia.
AllBright addressed in a press release that establishing the Kunming office is a significant step in the firm’s efforts to expand its presence in Southwest China and critical cities along the "Belt and Road."
The new office also eyes a series of preference policies in Yunnan, including deepened China-ASEAN economic and trade cooperation under RCEP, the launch of the Transasia Express and the Free Trade Zone in Yunnan, to boost further its cross-border service capabilities, and the firm's own international reputation.
