1. Judy Zhang helped one of the best-performing men's clothing company in Hangzhou sue Pinduoduo platform and the infringing party with multiple means of copyright and unfair competition. Finally the platform removed more than 80 infringing links at one time, and the infringing party compensated more than 300,000 yuan and promised never to infringe.
Key points: Model image theft is rampant on e-commerce platforms in the garment industry, and the compensation amount for model image theft is only 500~1000 yuan per piece, which cannot deter piracy. This case serves as a good example of deterring infringing part by deterring the platform.
2. Judy Zhang helped an education enterprise sue a well-known online children's course platform, which imitated the well-known course outline of the education enterprise and launched similar competitive courses.
