Dr. Wei Lin, Managing Partner, P.C.Woo & Zhonglun W.D. LLP 

Dr. Lin completed his Doctor degree in law at Paris II University (Panthéon-Assas) in 2007 after he obtained both Bachelor and Master degrees in law in China. He also participated Harvard Law School Executive Education in 2014. Dr. Lin is expert in cross-border M&A, international trade remedies and dispute resolution. He is now serving as the Vice-Chair of Zhonglun W&D Law Firm, Managing Partner of Shanghai Office and P.C Woo & Zhonglun W.D. LLP. Dr. Lin has provided comprehensive legal services in numerous international arbitration cases in relation with cross-border investment and maritime affairs, and engaged in many transnational M&A projects worth over billions U.S. dollars in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin Americas, involving real estate, engineering construction, machinery manufacturing, renewable energy, medicine, food, fashion, educational media, e-commerce, IT industry, etc.

Dr. Lin was selected in the panel of “One Thousand Foreign-related Business Talent Lawyers” by Chinese Ministry of Justice in 2019. He worked as register foreign lawyer at P.C. Woo & Co. in Hong Kong SAR since 2013. He is also the arbitrator at multiple arbitration commissions and centres, including SIAC and ICC Arbitration.

Dr. Lin is capable of providing services for clients in Chinese, English, French and Fujian dialect proficiently.

林威律师专注于跨境并购、国际投资贸易及海商事争议解决等业务。他曾为大量上市公司、外资企业提供法律咨询和服务，为外商直接投资、跨境投融资、风险防控、跨国并购重组等项目出具法律意见书，开展尽职调查等。在争议解决领域，林威律师在中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、中国海事仲裁委员会、香港国际仲裁中心、新加坡国际仲裁中心、国际商会国际仲裁院（巴黎、日内瓦）参与众多跨境投资贸易运输案件的国际仲裁。在跨境并购领域，林律师主导负责了数十起涉及欧美亚非各洲数百亿美金的跨国并购与重组项目，涉及房地产、工程建设、机械制造、新能源、医药、食品、时尚消费品、教育传媒、电子商务及IT等多个领域。

Kevin Zhu, Partner, Zhonglun W&D Law Firm

Kevin is the senior partner, the deputy director, the member of Executive Committee, the member of risk management board at the Zhonglun W&D Law Firm.

Kevin’s main practice areas are in Infrastructures, Private Equity Investment and Financing, PPP, IPO, Major Asset Restructuring, Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Financing etc. Kevin has been a practicing lawyer for 13 years in various areas including but not limited to Transport, Infrastructures, Private Equity Fund Administration, High Technology, Culture Creativity, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Electricity, Medical Services, Clean Energy, Mining Industry. Kevin received the bachelor degree in law from Zhongnan Unversity of Economics and Law in 2000. He then obtained a master degree in European Law from Université de Paris I in 2004, and a master degree in law from Renmin University of China in 2005.

朱登凯律师于2010年9月加入中伦文德律师事务所。在此之前，朱登凯律师曾于2005年至2007年在金杜律师事务所工作，并于2007年至2010年在君合律师事务所工作。

朱登凯律师于2000年毕业于中南财经政法大学，获得法学学士学位。2004年毕业于法国巴黎一大法学院，获得巴黎一大（欧盟法）硕士文凭。2005年毕业于中国人民大学法学院，获得法学硕士学位。

朱律师目前拥有中国律师执业资格，是中华全国律师协会会员、国际律师协会（IBA）会员、国际律师组织INTERLAW董事。

他同时还是太和智库副理事长、北京百仁慈爱公益基金会理事长。

 T.J. Shen, General Counsel, Country Garden Agriculture

Mr. Tianju Shen (T.J.) is the General Counsel of Country Garden Agriculture Holdings. He is a qualified lawyer in China while having IEEE electrical engineering background. Mr. Shen has 11- year of legal experience in cross-border corporation and international law firms, and has depth practice experiences in terms of cross-border M&A and international dispute resolution. 

Mr. Shen served as Head of overseas legal department of Country Garden Agriculture Holdings, McCain Foods’ General Counsel of Asia Pacific Area, partner of Dentons LLP and automation engineer of Saint-Gobain. He was also an exchange lawyer of Wilberforce Chambers in the U.K..

In 2017, after being recommended by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Mr. Shen was selected to participate “Bar Council Training Scheme - Lord Chancellor” in London and graduated with the first place.
 

沈天举先生，现任碧桂园农业控股总法律顾问。具有中国律师资格、IEEE电气工程师专业背景, 11年跨国集团及国际律所法律从业经历，曾主办多起跨境投资并购、国际争议解决案件。

曾任碧桂园集团海外法务负责人、英国Wilberforce大律师所交换律师、McCain Foods亚太区总法律顾问、大成Dentons律所合伙人、Saint-Gobain集团自动化工程师。

2017年,经中国贸促会推荐,由英国大律师公会遴选至伦敦参加BCTS“中英律师培养计划"（始自1989年），获总评分第一名毕业.

 

 

Phoebe Tang, General Counsel Greater China, Legal & Regulatory Affair, Danone

Phoebe holds a doctor degree of Economic Law and a Master degree of Civil Procedure Law. She has  been working as lawyer, in-house counsel and arbitrator  in legal sector around 20 years.

Currently Phoebe is the Regional General Counsel of Danone Greater China, the most important market of Danone, and a board member of Danone Global Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Board. She is not only supervising legal team, but also managing scientific regulatory affair, compliance and security functions.

Before Danone, she worked for several leading MNCs, including but not limited to, Procter & Gamble, American Standard, Degussa. She has been leading legal depart. and joining business management since 2006. Apart from mainland China, she has extensive working experiences in different jurisdictions, e.g. Singapore, Hong Kong and US.

On the one hand, Phoebe is a legal counsel with strong business acumen, versed in commercial negotiation, risks mitigation and strategic planning; on the other hand, she is a business leader mastering anti-monopoly, corporate, disputes resolution, M&A…especially cross-border E-commerce.

In the meanwhile, she is an   arbitrator of China International Economy and Trade Arbitration   Commission, Vice-Chairman of Shanghai Cross- Border   E-Commerce Association, member of Shanghai Competition Law Society.

She was rewarded as China Top 15 General Counsel by ALB in 2019;

She was recognized by Chambers as Top GC Influencer of 2019 to 2020; She was also granted “Corporate Legal Award” by China Business Journal; and nominated in the Legal 500-GC Power List 2019.

Bridge Zhao, VP & General Counsel, APAC, Smiths Group Plc. He obtained a B.A. degree from East China Normal University, a LL.M degree from East China University of Law and Political Science and another LL.M degree from Northwestern University Pritzker Law School, and is qualified in the People’s Republic of China and the New York State of the United States. He has practiced law at outstanding law firms and MNCs, including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Tesco Group, as a lawyer or senior officer. He has years of experience in foreign direct investment, mergers & acquisitions, business restructuring and ethics & compliance matters. He now also serves as the vice chairman of the Shanghai Corporate Counsel Association.
