中银律师事务所北京总部于近日成立涉军法律服务部，聚焦于提供涉军法律服务、军民融合法律服务和退役军人法律服务。

根据中银的一份新闻稿，未来该团队将由北京合伙人刘永波律师、高级合伙人刘强律师、合伙人曹欢欢律师领导。团队律师在军人权益保护、民商事诉讼、建筑工程、行政刑事诉讼、合规审核、投融资等领域有着丰富经验，已为众多部队、涉军企业、现役军人等提供了法律服务。

中银也是较早获得《军工涉密业务咨询服务安全保密条件备案证书》的律所之一。

未来，该团队将重点服务于军队停偿服务纠纷、军队房产开发纠纷、建筑工程纠纷等军地纠纷；军工类企业资本市场；军工企业常法顾问等领域。

Zhong Yin sets up military legal services department

Zhong Yin Law Firm’s headquarter in Beijing has recently set up military legal services department, focusing on military-related legal affairs, military-civilian integration, and legal services for veterans.

According to a press release of Zhong Yin, the team, which will be led by partners Liu Yongbo, Liu Qiang and Cao Huanhuan, has experience in advising army units, military enterprises and soldiers on legal affairs including protection of military rights and interests, civil and commercial litigation, construction, administrative criminal litigation, compliance review, and investment and finance. 

Zhong Yin is one of the law firms that has been issued with the certificate of security and confidentiality conditions for confidential business consulting services in the military industry.

This team’s practice areas will include military compensation service disputes, military real estate development disputes, construction disputes, capital markets for military enterprises, and military corporate legal affairs.
