中银律师事务所近日成立娱乐法律事务部，聚焦于文化、媒体、娱乐领域的法律研究与服务。

中银娱乐法律事务部由合伙人李雨枫律师发起并担任主任一职，由合伙人王景律师担任副主任。该部门的核心业务范围包括影视开发与制片等影视制作全流程业务、直播与短视频、游戏、音乐、体育、演艺与经纪、出版与版权运营管理、文娱行业财税、文旅地产、合规治理与风险防控、品牌保护与知识产权授权、市场竞争规制、文娱产业金融与投融资、艺术品投资与收藏等，主要服务于娱乐产业公司以及从业人员。

这是中银继8月中上旬成立涉军法律服务部后，最新设立的业务部门。

Zhong Yin sets up department for entertainment legal services

The Beijing-headquartered Zhong Yin Law Firm has recently set up its entertainment legal services department, focusing on the study and practice in culture, media, and entertainment sectors.

The new department is led by partners Li Yufeng and Wang Jing, who serve as department director and deputy director, respectively. The core practices of the department focus on film and television production, live streaming and short videos, gaming, music industry, sports, art performance and management, publishing and copyrights operation, tax, real estate, compliance and risks control, brand protection and intelligence property, competition, finance and investment, and investment and collection of artworks. The department will mainly serve companies and professionals in the entertainment industry.

This is Zhong Yin’s latest department launched since setting up military legal department earlier in August.
