近日，总部位于北京的中银律师事务所郑州分所获批成立。截至目前，中银已在全国32个城市设有分支机构。

郑州分所的主要业务领域包括金融法律、企业上市IPO、刑事辩护、政府法律顾问、知识产权、自贸区涉外、最高法四巡重大民商事诉讼等。目前，郑州分所已有超过十位合伙人。

中银在一份新闻稿中表示：“郑州分所的设立，将与中银武汉、合肥、长沙、南昌等中部地区分所形成合力，同时依托中银全国范围的资源优势，加快推动中部地区的法治环境建设、营商环境建设和社会发展。”

Zhong Yin’s new branch set up in Zhengzhou

Zhong Yin Law Firm has recently been authorized to set up its Zhengzhou branch. As of now, this Beijing-based law firm has branches across 32 cities in China.

The Zhengzhou branch’s main areas include finance technology, IPO, criminal defence, government affairs, intellectual property, foreign-related legal affairs in free trade areas, and civil and commercial litigations in Circuit Courts of the Supreme People's Court. The branch now has over 10 partners.

Zhong Yin said in a press release: “The Zhengzhou branch, together with the branches in Wuhan, Hefei, Changsha, Nanchang and other China's central region, aims at promoting the construction of legal environment, business environment and social development in the region with our nationwide resource advantages.”
