海问律师事务所近日迎来争议解决专家杨超律师以合伙人身份回归，她将驻海问北京办公室执业。回归海问前，杨律师曾于2019年加盟安杰律师事务所担任合伙人。

杨律师专注于商事诉讼和仲裁，在争议解决法律服务领域从业近20年，擅长处理的争议类型为复杂商事合同、投融资、资管、公司、国际贸易等。杨律师同时担任中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、深圳国际仲裁院、海南国际仲裁院等多家仲裁机构的在册仲裁员。

杨律师曾在2011至2013年间执业于君合律师事务所，更早些时候，她于2003至2010年间在海问律师事务所执业。

这是海问继今年8月迎来刘洋律师后的最新一起合伙人级别引入。

Haiwen welcomes back dispute resolution expert in Beijing

PRC law firm Haiwen & Partners has welcomed the returning of Yang Chao, a dispute resolution veteran, as a partner in its Beijing office from AnJie Law Firm, where she joined in 2019 as a partner.

Yang focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration. With nearly 20 years of experience, she has expertise in disputes related to complex commercial contract, investment and finance, asset management, corporate, and international business. In the meantime, Yang is also a registered arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shenzhen International Court of Arbitration, Hainan International Court of Arbitration and other arbitration institutions.

Yang practiced at Haiwen from 2003 to 2010, after which she worked at JunHe from 2011 to 2013.

This is Haiwen’s latest partner-level hire since adding Edward Liu in Hong Kong in August.
