• 2010年12月-2018年1月，在印尼工作近8年，先后任中国中铁印尼公司副总经理，中铁国际印尼总代表等职务。参与苏门达腊煤炭运输专用铁路项目（13亿美元）工作；参与中加运煤专线项目（54亿美元）；参与印尼雅万高铁（55亿美元）项目；参与印尼钻石塔房建项目，投资金额1.2亿美元。

Mr. Qinghua Wang has worked in China Railway Group Ltd for 20 years, including 15 years abroad, i.e., Bangladesh (6 years), Indonesia (8 years) and South Africa (nearly 1 year): 

• From 2000 to 2006, he worked on Paksey Bridge Construction Project(value US $130 million) in Bangladesh as translator and Contract Manager;
• In 2009, he worked at Vaal Water Supply Project in South Africa in charge of contract management and claim matters;
• From December 2010 to January 2018, he has worked in Indonesia for nearly 8 years, successively served as Deputy General Manager of PT. China Railway  Engineering Indonesia and Chief Representative of China Railway International Group Co., Ltd. He participated in Sumatra Coal Transportation Railway Project (Value 1.3 billion US dollars); Central Kalimantan Coal Railway Transportation Project (value 5.4 billion US dollars);Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway project (Value 5.5 billion US dollars); and Diamond Tower Property project( investment value of 120 million US dollars).
• Since February 2018, he has been Deputy Director of Legal Compliance Department of China Railway International Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. Kevin Cai is currently serving as the Deputy Director of the expert committee on Trade and Economic Friction of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC). He also serves as the counsel of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Light Industry, and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import & Export of Textile Products, directly under the Ministry of Commerce. Mr. Cai is also a member of the Expert Advisory Committee on Commercial Law of Shanxi Branch of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and an arbitrator of the Shijiazhuang Arbitration Commission.
