VENUE The Excelsior Hotel, Hong Kong 281 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong |
With the pace of change as fast as it is in today’s business environment, yesterday’s arrangements or today’s agreements will likely need to be revisited. In addition, diverse work forces, globalisation, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams increase the risk of misunderstanding and costly conflict. As such, leaders need strong conflict resolution skills in today’s environment in order to manage conflict and disputes in efficient and productive ways so as to avoid the very high costs associated with any unresolved conflict.
Understanding the various laws and regulations that govern contracts and dispute resolution in the region is crucial to be able to make informed decisions about the process of choice. Choosing the appropriate approach for dispute resolution can make a significant difference in the quality of the resolution and the relationship between the parties.
By attending this unique ALB Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Forum 2018, you will explore the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) techniques at the strategy, business and technology levels.
