近日，总部位于上海的正策律师事务所开设了河南郑州分所，这也是正策在海内外的第九家分支机构。上个月，正策刚刚开设了江西南昌分所。

据悉，正策郑州分所将由张杰律师领导，团队成员目前还包括李鹿锋律师、李渊律师。

正策表示，郑州是河南省省会、国家特大城市 、国家中心城市，未来正策郑州将专注于高端民商事争议解决、基础设施与建设工程、公司治理与并购重组、政府机关及国有企业法律顾问、涉企业家和公职人员刑事辩护、执行裁决纠纷及执行维权等业务领域。

作为中部地区的重要城市，近年，一系列律所选择落地郑州，包括泰和泰、中银、君泽君、观韬中茂等。

Joint-Win strengthens domestic presence with new Zhengzhou office

Shanghai-headquartered Joint-Win Partners has recently launched a new branch in Zhengzhou, Henan, marking its ninth branch both domestically and internationally. Last month, Joint-Win had just established a branch in Nanchang, Jiangxi.

The new office will be led by lawyer Zhang Jie, with team members currently including lawyers Li Lufeng and Li Yuan.

Zhengzhou is a key hub city in Central China and is the capital of Henan Province. The new office will focus on areas such as high-end civil and commercial dispute resolution, infrastructure and construction projects, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions, legal consulting for government agencies and state-owned enterprises, criminal defense for entrepreneurs and public officials, disputes and rights protection in enforcement of judgments.

Zhengzhou has seen several law firms establish their presence in recent years, including Tahota, Zhong Yin, JunZeJun, and Guantao.
