总部位于上海的正策律师事务所近日开设了江西南昌分所，这是正策的第8家分支机构，也是既去年12月底布局江西上饶后，正策在该省设立的第二家分支机构。

据悉，正策南昌分所将由李双林律师领导，同时有其他两位合伙人：陈海龙律师担任管委会主任，梅钰婷律师担任执行主任。李律师专攻政府法律事务，陈律师擅长刑事辩护业务，梅律师则专长于劳动、家庭、商事类争议解决。

未来，正策南昌分所将主要关注于公司商事、民商事争议解决，刑事辩护与刑事控告、房地产与建筑工程法律事务、非诉法律事务等领域。

正策在一份新闻稿中指出：南昌市是江西省辖地级市、省会城市，也是华东地区重要的中心城市之一、长江中游城市群中心城市之一，南昌分所的设立进一步推进了正策的全国战略布局，未来将为客户提供专业、高效、及时、优质的法律服务。

正策自2019年4月开启分支机构布局，设立的第一家分所是位于越南的河内分所，此后进一步在浙江、江苏展开扩张。目前正策的7家国内分所都是在过去3年内设立的。

Joint-Win expands to Nanchang, building second branch in Jiangxi province

Shanghai-based Joint-Win Partners has recently opened a new branch in Nanchang, Jiangxi, becoming its eighth branch and the second one established in the province following its move to Shangrao in late December last year.

The Nanchang office will be led by partner Li Shuanglin, who specializes in government legal affairs, and will have two other partners: Chen Hailong and Mei Yuting. Chen excels in criminal defense, and Mei has expertise in labor, family, and commercial dispute resolution. All three lawyers have joined from Yingke Law Firm's Nanchang office.

The Nanchang office will focus on corporate and commercial affairs, civil and commercial dispute resolution, criminal defense and prosecution, real estate and construction legal matters, as well as transactional legal services.

In a press release, Joint-Win notes that Nanchang is a provincial capital city and a key city in the Yangtze River Economic Belt in eastern China. The establishment of the Nanchang office advances the firm’s nationwide strategic layout and aims to provide professional, efficient, timely, and high-quality legal services to clients in the region.

Joint-Win initiated its office expansion in April 2019, starting with its Hanoi office in Vietnam. Since then, it has continued its expansion into Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces. All seven domestic offices of the firm have been established within the past three years.
