京师律师事务所近日与巴西律师事务所Décio Freire Advogados（DFA）正式签约，开展涉外业务友好合作。DFA成为京师最新一家海外联盟所。

DFA有29年的发展历史，是巴西最大的综合型律师事务所之一，在能源、采矿、钢铁和农业综合领域设有独家“中国服务台”。

总部位于北京的京师律师事务所成立于1994年，于2018年在上海设立国际总部，已在海外拥有113家联盟律所。根据京师的一份新闻稿，两家律所均表示期待在今后建立战略合作关系。

Jingsh signs cooperation agreement with Brazilian firm DFA

Jingsh Law Firm has signed a cooperation agreement with Brazilian law firm Décio Freire Advogados (DFA), which becomes the Chinese firm’s latest foreign alliance.

Established in 29 years ago, DFA is one of the largest comprehensive law firms in Brazil. It has established an exclusive China services platform for services in energies, mining, steel, and agriculture.

Established in 1994, the Beijing-headquartered Jingsh has 113 foreign alliance firms. According to a press release by Jingsh, the two firms are showing interest in establishing strategic cooperation relationship in the future.
