近日，总部位于北京的卓纬律师事务所正式成立了上海分所，成为该所继深圳、海口分所后在国内设立的第三家分支机构。

据悉，卓纬上海办公室主要业务领域为跨境投融资、并购业务，将主要服务外资企业客户。目前，卓纬上海办公室共有两名合伙人，由罗莎律师担任执行合伙人。

卓纬管理合伙人朱宁律师表示：“卓纬上海分所定会传承并发展总所优良底蕴，以服务上海发展大局为己任，与上海法律服务市场同频共振，打造优质法律服务品牌。”

Chance Bridge sets up its third China domestic branch in Shanghai 

The Beijing-headquartered Chance Bridge Law Firm has recently set up its new branch in Shanghai, which is the firm’s third domestic branch following Shenzhen and Haikou.

The Shanghai office’s main service areas are cross-border investment and finance, and M&A, targeting foreign-invested enterprises. As of now, the Shanghai office, led by executive partner Luo Sha, has two partners.

Chance Bridge’s managing partner Zhu Ning says: “The Shanghai branch will inherit and develop the fine foundation of the headquarter. It will see serving the development of Shanghai as its responsibility, resonate with the legal market, and build a high-quality legal service brand.”
