世辉律师事务所近日迎来张芳雪律师以合伙人身份加盟，加盟前，张律师曾任海问律师事务所资深顾问。

根据世辉的一份新闻稿，张律师的主要业务领域包括境内证券发行与上市、重组、资产证券化、私募投资，服务行业包括金融、能源、房地产、互联网、高科技、医药、航运、保险、消费品和传统制造业等。她曾参与过邮储银行、华能水电等A股IPO项目，也曾参与万达电影、国际医学、当代明诚的重大资产重组项目。

根据ALB此前的报道，今年1月，世辉刚刚迎来资本市场合伙人张健律师自通商律师事务所加盟。根据世辉网站信息，其目前在北京拥有12位合伙人。

Shihui snabs up cap markets expert from another red circle firm

Beijing headquartered Shihui Partners has hired Zhang Fangxue as partner in Beijing from red circle firm Haiwen & Partners, where Zhang was a senior consultant.

Zhang practices mainly on capital markets and focuses on domestic securities issuance and listing, restructuring, asset securitization and private equity investment. She has participated in IPO projects of Postal Savings Bank of China and Huaneng Hydropower, as well as restructuring projects of Wanda Film, International Medical Investment and DDMC Culture & Sports.

Shihui has just hired capital market partner Zhang Jian from Commerce & Finance Law Offices this January. The firm now has twelve partners in Beijing.
