世辉律师事务所近日迎来两位劳动法专家——张洪源、刘畅律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。此前，两位律师曾执业于金杜律师事务所。

张律师的主要执业领域为劳动法、劳动争议解决及社会保障法等。他擅长在劳动人事相关领域处理各类非诉讼和诉讼业务，曾为百余家大型国有企业、跨国公司、大型民营企业、事业单位提供法律服务，涉及行业包括银行金融、物流、食品、咨询、保险、医疗等各类领域。

刘律师的主要执业领域亦为劳动法、劳动争议解决及社会保障法等。刘律师在处理劳动争议仲裁及诉讼案件方面具有丰富经验，还曾为众多企业在并购等重大项目中设计与交易方案相配套的员工安置方案，为企业进行劳动法尽职调查。

两位律师加盟后，世辉北京办公室共有15位合伙人。

Shihui strengthens Beijing HQ with labour law partner duo

Shihui Partners has hired labour law experts Zhang Hongyuan and Liu Chang as partners in its Beijing office from King & Wood Mallesons.

Zhang’s practice areas include labour law, labour disputes resolution and social security law. He has advised over 100 enterprises including large state-owned enterprises, multinational companies, and large private companies, involving industries like banking, finance, logistics, food, consultancy, insurance, and medical. 

Liu has the same practice areas as Zhang and has extensive experience in dealing with labour disputes resolution and litigation. She has also advised a number of enterprises on employee placement scheme in major projects like M&A.

With the addition of the duo, Shihui’s Beijing office now has 15 partners.
