中伦文德律师事务所近日迎来两位专家陈细容、刘潇律师以合伙人身份加盟。

陈律师擅长争议解决（诉讼与仲裁）、金融资管、不良资产投资及清收处置等领域。加入中伦文德之前，她具备在四大行、律所及AMC的复合工作背景。

刘律师专注于投融资并购、资本市场、私募股权基金和争议解决业务。加入中伦文德之前，他曾在君合律师事务所工作。
中伦文德在一份新闻稿中表示，两位合伙人的加入将进一步促进其业务水准的提升和法律服务市场的拓展。

这是中伦文德今年引入的最新一批批合伙人级别律师。

Zhonglun W&D adds duo experts

Zhonglun W&D Law Firm has recently added two lawyers Chen Xirong, Shaw Liu as partners.

Chen is specialises in dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration), financial management, non-performing asset investment, and liquidation and disposal. Prior to joining Zhonglun W&D, she had diverse work experience in banks, law firms, and AMC.

Liu specialises in M&A, capital markets, private equity, and dispute resolution. Before joining Zhonglun W&D, he worked at JunHe. 

Zhonglun W&D stated in a press release that the addition of these two experts will further enhance the quality of its practice and expand its legal services market.

This is the latest group of partner-level lawyers hired by the firm this year.
