中伦律师事务所近日迎来廖晖、陈挺、姜惠珍、罗荣、李波五名律师以合伙人身份加盟，未来他们将执业于中伦多地办公室。

廖晖、陈挺、姜惠珍、罗荣律师将加入中伦海口办公室。

加盟前，廖律师、陈律师分别以合伙人和律师身份任职于海南瑞来律师事务所。廖律师的执业领域为诉讼仲裁、房地产、建设工程与基础设施；陈律师专长领域为房地产、诉讼仲裁、税法与财富规划，曾为中海地产、中信地产、恒大地产、龙湖地产等多家地产公司在海南区域的多个项目提供服务。

姜律师、罗律师则加盟自盈科律师事务所海口办公室。两位律师同为诉讼仲裁领域专家，姜律师擅长处理房地产民商事诉讼等相关业务，罗律师则擅长公司法业务，代理过大量涉及公司股权、投资、涉税等诉讼业务的案例。此外，罗律师还执业于税法与财富规划、收购兼并领域。

李波律师则加盟了中伦广州办公室，他此前任大成律师事务所高级合伙人。李律师在银行与金融、房地产、私募股权与投资基金领域拥有丰富经验，尤其擅长银行金融领域的不良资产业务。

Zhong Lun boosts real estate, corporate, finance practices by the hire of 5 partners

Zhong Lun Law Firm has hired Liao Hui, Chen Ting, Jiang Huizhen, Luo Rong and Li Bo as partners in Haikou and Guangzhou.

Liao, Chen, Jiang, and Luo joined the firm in Haikou, Hainan province. Liao and Chen joined from local Hainan Realiser Law Firm, where they were partner and associate, respectively. Both are dispute resolution experts with expertise in the real estate sector.

Meanwhile, Jiang and Luo joined from Yingke Law Firm, where they were partner and senior partner, respectively. They also practice on dispute resolution, with Jiang focusing on real estate related disputes and Luo on corporate disputes. Luo also advises on M&A, taxation, and wealth planning.

Li joined Zhong Lun in Guangzhou from Dentons, where he was a senior partner. He practices on banking and finance, real estate, private equity, and investment fund, with special focus on non-performing assets issues.
